C5V DeviceNet Flow Switch / Temperature and Flow Meter with Valve Body, Purge Port and Compression Fittings

The C5V Flow Switch with built in plug valve, purge port and compression fittings is an ideal unit for semiconductor industrial manufacturing water flow monitoring applications. With built in DeviceNet communications capability, it is now possible to monitor flow and temperature measurements in real time to improve process control. In addition, the built in electromechanical relay, controlled by a low flow set point, provides a safety interlock compatible with many existing process applications. The low flow set point is factory preset for 4 lpm and may be changed by the enduser over the DeviceNet interface. All settings are saved in non-volatile memory and only need to be set once.
